Waling (GoalNepal) - Hosts Waling United Blue have entered the final of the ongoing Waling Gold Cup International Invitational Football Tournament here.

Waling Blue managed to enter the final by defeating APF FC 1-0 in the first semifinal held on Wednesday. Ajayi Martins' sixth-minute goal was enough for the hosts.

Hosts' Bishwas Shrestha was elected man of the match. He received Rs 4,000 in cash and an attractive gift hamper as an award.

Waling FC Red will face Avenir FC, Cameroon in the second semifinal tomorrow.

The winners of the tournament organized by Waling United Football Club, Syangja will receive a cash prize of Rs. 5,00,000 and the runners-up will receive Rs. 2,50,000. The final match will be held on the 7th of Magh.
