Preparation is in full swing for the highest cash bounty mofasal tournament, ‘Nepal Ice Far Western Khapad Gold Cup Football Competition 2074.

The organizers, Far West XI Sports Club has sped up the preparation.

Ground maintenance work is on, makeshift parapets are being set up and hospitality management is done.

The competition is scheduled to begin from Poush 21 to Magh 1, in the regional stadium of Dhangadi.

Without the makeshift parapets, the capacity of the stadium is 3,500 and the added parapets will accommodate 1,500 more spectators.

Total 12 teams, Druk Star Club from Bhutan, Ruslan Three Star Club, Laxmi Hyundai MMC, Nepal Army Club, CMG Sankata Club, Chyasal Youth Club, Jhapa XI, Dharan FC, Sahara Club, Rupandehi XI, Jagadamba Lumbini Club and Far Western XI.

Champions will be awarded with Rs.11,11,111 while runners up will bag Rs.5,55,555. MVP of the tournament will get a motorbike.

The best players in each category, rising player, the highest goal scorer and fair play team will receive Rs 25,000 each. Man of the match will be awarded with Rs.10,000.
