GoalNepal

Kathmandu (GoalNepal) - Forward Aashish Chaudhary has extended his contract with the newly promoted Martyr's Memorial A Division League side Church Boys United. The club has confirmed that the Nepal national has signed a contract extension until the end of 2024.

This will be Chaudhary's first season in the country's top flight. He was adjudged the player of the tournament in the B Division League last season.

His stellar B Division League season with four goals earned him a call-up to the preliminary squad for the Asian Cup qualifiers. But he didn't make it to the final 23. He earned his maiden call up to the squad for the friendly against Bangladesh back in September.

Pradip Humagain, the interim coach for that match, handed him his debut as he came on in the 81st minute, replacing Bimal Gharti Magar.
