Friends Club has stunned Nepal Army to enter semifinals of 13th Bikash running shield in Chitwan.

Friends registered 3-2 win on penalties to enter last four on Monday.

Friends goalie Anish Mahato blocked two spot kicks and he was declared the man of the match. He received Rs 10,000.

Friends Club will meet Nepal APF in the semifinal match on Falgun 16.

Bikash Running Shield organizing committee is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Rs 5 lakh.
