Jhapa: Manebhanjyang FC, Darjeeling Into The Semis Of Damak Gold Cup
Manebhanjyang FC, Darjeeling have entered the semi-finals of the ongoing Damak Gold Cup in Damak, Jhapa. They defeated Tribhuwan Army FC 4-0 to reach the final four.
Jerry Pulami opened the scoring for MFC in the 27th minute. Rakesh Singh doubled the lead in the 47th minute with a long ranger. Bimal Kumar tripled the lead in the 64th minute of the match. Rakesh Singh added a solo goal in the stoppage time to take the scoreline to 4-0.
Rakesh Singh became the player of the match. He received ten thousand rupees in cash prize.
Nepal Police Club and Avenir FC, Cameroon will face each other in the final quarterfinal tomorrow.
