GoalNepal.com CEO Bikram Thapa approached Grande International hospital for free treatment to Gurung.
Gurung, who led Nepal to two Silver medal in SAFF Championships and one silver in SAG, was looking for help from concerned authorities but none sporting agencies came forward for the help.
Later Grande International hospital agreed to provide free treatment to Gurung upon the request of GoalNepal.com.
Dr. Pandey and his team successfully operated ACL of Jamuna Gurung this morning.

Dr Pandey, who earlier said that he would personally fund two Nepal National players this year, seemed happy after the successful knee operation.
"It was a complicated operation. ACL re-construction was done. She can kick the ball after seven or eight months with proper physio and diet".

Grande International Hospital had also provided free treatment to volleyball player, Sipora Gurung a month back.
