SAFF Women’s Championship: Sri Lanka Beats Maldives

Sri Lanka women’s team has started SAFF women’s championship with a win.

Sri Lanka defeated another islanders Maldives 1-0 in the day-light match at Dasharath stadium on Friday.

Imesha Warnakulasuriya scored the match winner in 16th minute of the match.

Nepal will lock horns against Bhutan later this evening.
