1st Birtamod Gold Cup: Panchayan FC Outplays Swotantra Club To Enter SFs

Panchayan FC, Sunsari breezed into the semifinals of 1st Birtamod Gold Cup defeating Swotantra Club, Panchthar 5-2 at Domalal Rajbanshi memorial ground, Birtamod, Jhapa on Wednesday.

Two-goal hero Tirtha Basnet was declared the man of the match. He was awarded with Rs.3,000.

Munal FC, Chandragadi will take on Purbeli Youth FC, Birtamod in the third quarterfinal match on Thursday. 

Red Star FC is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Nrs 1,51,111.

Runners up will take away Rs.75,111.
