Bergkamp non-flyers has won the title of Arsenal Nepal 6th intra fun Futsal fest 2018. 

Bergkamp non-flyers defeated Wrighty Satchmos 5-2 in the final match played recently in Kathmandu. Last year winner “Team Ljungberg” received guard of honor from participants before the match.


10 teams - divided into two groups - took part in the event.

100 Arsenal fans participated in the Futsal fest, Arsenal Nepal president Nabin Chitrakar told GoalNepal. 



The event was sponsored by The Jersey Pasal New Road and supported by Bright Gurkha Training Centre, Jazz Upstairs and Genesis Events. 



The winners/runners up and individual prizes were sponsored by The Jersey Pasal Sports Store, New Road Which provided Arsenal Jerseys for all the players from the winning team and training kits to the runner up team. They also provided kit to referee and the best player. Bright Gurkha provided cash while Jazz upstairs and Genesis Events provided much needed support to Arsenal Nepal.




The Jersey Pasal also sponsored 3 awards for Best Goal Keeper as Shiva Shrestha from Team Bergkamp Non-Flyers with Gloves, Best Player “Bergkamp Award” goes to Mohan Ghimire, Captain of Bergkamp Non-Flyers with Arsenal Polo Shirt and Highest Scorer Sanjeev Maharjan Of Team Bergkamp Non-flyers with Futsal Boot. 

“Best Emerging Player” award went to Poshak Sunuwar from Team Wrighty Satchmos.


The winning certificates, individual certificates and participating certificates along with certificates of appreciation will be distributed in the Annual General Meeting to be held in August 3rd week, when new registration of members for next season takes place.
