Siyari rural municipality has entered semifinals of 18th Lishnu cup in Rupandehi district.

Siyari defeated Srijana yuwa club 5-0 in quarterfinal match played on Thursday.

Maxwell and Raj Paudel scored brace each while Janak Karki scored another for the winners.

Dipesh Shrestha became the man of the match.

Siyari will meet western region police centre in semifinal match on Friday.

Lishnu yuwa club is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Rs 3 lakh.
