Lalit Memorial U18 Championship: Jhapa, Sankata Register Win

Jhapa U18 and Sankata U18 have won their respective matches in Lalit memorial U18 football championship at ANFA complex on Monday.

Jhapa U18 defeated Chyasal youth club 3-1 in the first match. Roman Bhujel scored a brace while Buddha Bal Tamang scored another for junior Jhapalis.

Sunny Byanjankar scored a consolation goal for Chyasal.

In the second match, Sankata club defeated Nepal APF 2-1.

Umesh Sura and Abhisek Shrestha scored apiece for the winners. Bhoj Raj Magar scored for APF.

ANFA is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Rs 3 lakh.
