Sunsari district wide women's championship got underway on Tuesday at Barah Kshetra.
Hosts Mount Everest sporting club defeated Panchayan FC 5-1 in the opening match to enter semifinals.
Puspa Chauhan became the queen of the match. She received Rs 1,000 cash.
Mount everest sporting club is organizing the championship.
