Bhimkali Youth Club is organizing 2nd Bhimkali Cup 7-A-Side Football Tournament at Purano Tudikhel, Pokhara from Baisakh 16-22.

The organizers held a press meet on Saturday to inform about the tournament.

Winning team will receive Rs.1,25,000 whereas runners-up team will get Rs.75,000.

According to tournament coordinator Ishwor Gurung, best player, highest goal scorer, best goalkeeper and best defender will be awarded with Rs.5000 each.

Second prize is sponsored by Pabitra Ganesh Hardware, Khushi Man Gurung has donated Rs.50,000 in the memory of Late Manoj Gurung and former club members; who are staying in Korea, Japan, UK, France, Hong kong, Australia, Portugal, America and Bahrain ; have also provided finacial support for organizing the tournament.

Registration fee is Rs.6000.

More than 40 teams along with Gulmi United, which is arranged by Birbhadra jung battalion Gulmi Major Janmat Karki, are expected to participate in the tournament.
