
Manish Timsina, the goalkeeper coach-cum-technical staff of the Nepali national football team, has been honored with cash.
The Koshi Pradesh Football Association organized a program in Dharan on Thursday and honored him for his achievement with Gokulam Kerala in India.
Timsina was honored by Kishor Rai, president of the Koshi Pradesh Football Association and the chief guest of the program, Chandra kuber Khapung, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Biratnagar, Koshi Province Police Office, with a cash prize of 10,000.
Timsina is the first Nepali GK coach to pass the AFC goal keeper level A from the year 2021 and has increased the honor not only of Koshi province but also of Nepal at the international level.
Timsina, a resident of Biratnagar 9, played for clubs such as Himalayan Sherpa, Brigade Boys and others in Kathmandu. Since a decade, he has established himself as a coach, giving rest to the player's life.
