News Nepal Super League: Two Matches Set For Today

Two matches are being played today on the second day of Nepal Super League (NSL) 2023.

In which the first match will be between Pokhara Thunders and FC Chitwan. The match will start at 1 PM at Dashrath Rangshal.

The marquee of Pokhara is the young winger Ayush Ghalan and the coach is Navin Neupane. This team has young players as well as foreign players who have played domestic football in Nepal.

Defender Dinesh Rajbanshi, who has played for the national team and went to Australia, has returned as an iconic player. He was declared the best defender of NSL while playing for Dhangadhi FC in the first season. Among the foreign players in Pokhara are Cameroonian goalkeeper Prisoz and Franklin Kuete Tala and Ghanaian Joey Idu, Moses Twam and Stephen Kojo Anor.

Goalkeeper Bishal Shrestha, who has played for the national team, is Chitwan's marquee player. There are new and old players in this team. Bimal Gharti Magar who went to Australia has returned as an iconic player.

There are also foreign players who have played domestic football. Chitwan's foreign players include Yusif Mubarik, Torik Zebrin, Rafique Aminu and Afriyie Akwah from Ghana. Similarly, there is the defender of Montenegro, Marko Ivanovic.
