News SAFF Championship 2023: India Leaves No Room For Pakistan

India skipper Sunil Chhetri scored a hat trick as the Indian senior men defeated Pakistan 4-0 at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium in Bengaluru on Wednesday night.

Chhetri took his international goal tally to 90 goals.

Substitute Udanta Singh then finished the job with the fourth goal late on to register a comfortable victory over arch rivals who landed the city less than 12 hours before the kick off.

Kuwait beat Nepal 3-1 in the tournament opener earlier in the day. India are top of the Group A standings on goal difference after matchday 1.
