Nawalparasi (East) - Sunrise Football Club, Nawalparasi have managed to win the title of the second Madhyabindu  Cup Knockout Football Tournament with a great victory in the final.

Sunrise won the title by defeating Rhino Club, Madanpur 4-2 in the final match at Chormara ground. Sunrise, who became the winners, got Rs 2,22,222 in cash along with the title, while Rhino, the runners-up, settled for Rs 1,11,111.

Dilip Chaudhary of the winners Sunrise was chosen as the best player of the tournament. He won an attractive trophy along with Rs. 5,500 cash as an award.

A total of 16 teams participated in the tournament organized by Choramara Youth Club, Madhyabindu-7, Chormara.
