Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City and APF Football Club emerged victorious in the National Women's League today.

In the first match held in Chitwan, Dhangadhi defeated Chandrapur Municipality 2-1 to get all three points. Rajani Thokar opened the scoring for Chandrapur in the 44th minute of the match. Birsana Chaudhary equalized in the second minute of the first half stoppage time and Chandra Bhandari gave them the lead in the fourth minute of stoppage time.

In the second match of the day, APF defeated Nepal Police Club 2-0. Preeti Rai opened the scoring in the 51st minute of the match. Sabitra Bhandari rounded off the win in the first minute of stoppage time to score her first goal after her return.
