According to the organizers, the club was taken into action after fielding 6 foreign players in the first two matches played by Ilam.

According to the action, the organizers have fined Ilam 50,000. This time, according to the rules of the league, there is a provision that a club can field more than five foreign players.

Dhangadhi and Jhapa also fined

Similarly, the organizers have also fined Dhangadhi Football Club and Jhapa Football Club 10,000 each for not attending the opening ceremony of the league. Although Ilam and Dhangadhi have not yet responded to the action, Jhapa has expressed its displeasure.

According to Jhapa, they were unable to attend the opening program due to the poor management of the organizers.

Remember, the two teams involved in the action, Ilam and Jhapa, are participating in the Super League for the first time from this season. Dhangadhi is also the runner-up team of the last edition.
