General Secretary of All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) Kiran Rai has been honored in his home district, Udaypur. General Secretary Rai was honored by the Udaypur District Football Association during a program.

Udayapur District Football Association President Ranjan Karki honored General Secretary Rai at the award ceremony held at Tharuhat Stadium.

Udaipur District Football Association members Rajendra Rai, Santosh Rai, Roshan Pokharel, General Secretary Madan Bhujel, Treasurer Bibek Kafle, ANFA coach Dipu Thapa, coach Asha Rai and others were present on the occasion.

After being honored, ANFA General Secretary Kiran Rai expressed his gratitude to everyone and said that he will always support the football development of the country as a whole through the local and district levels and will try his best for that.

ANFA General Secretary Rai took special initiative and support to build Tharuhat Stadium. Earlier, he also held the responsibilities as ANFA spokesperson and working committee member during the tenure of former ANFA President Karma Tsering Sherpa.
