Santosh Sahukhala scored a brace as Manang Marshyangdi Club (MMC) defeated 10-man Garipha sporting club, Kolkata 3-0 to enter final of Madan Bhandari memorial Itahari gold cup.

Both teams played barren first half but Sahukhala, who got injured during the match, scored two goals for MMC.

He opened the firing in 47th minute. He doubled the lead in 67th minute. Bimal Rana extended the lead in 76th minute.

Abu Boakai was red carded for his dangerous foul to Santosh Sahukhala.

Sahukhala was declared the man of the match. He received Rs 10,000 cash.

Rastriya Jagriti yuwa club is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Rs 12 lakh. The final match will be played on Saturday.
