4th Rajarshi Janak Cup: Kanchanjunga FC Stuns Hosts Bagmati Municipality To Enter SFs

Kanchanjunga FC, Siliguri has entered semifinals of 4th Rajarshi Janak cup football tournament.
KFC stunned hosts Bagmati municipality 1-0 in a tightly played match at Bagmati, Sarlahi on Tuesday.
Karan Thapa scored the match winner in 18th minute.
Hosts Bagmati fielded two Nepal internationals, Bimal Gharti Magar & Sunil Bal and four players from Machhindra club against KFC but they failed to shine against a Siliguri based club.
Goalie Nigam Singh became the man of the match and received Nrs 10,000 cash plus football boots.
Nepal Police club will play against Boys Union Club in third quarterfinals on Wednesday.
Bagmati municipality and Bagmati youth club are jointly organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Nrs 10 lakh.
