Makwanpur DFA Holds General Assembly; Tikaram Lama Elected President

Makwanpur district football association showed some guts as they held general assembly on Friday evening despite central ANFA sent them a letter to postpone the program.

The assembly was held on Friday evening in the obsersation of district administration office and district sports development committee. ANFA sent a letter to DFA to postpone the assembly this afternoon.

Tikaram Lama was elected the president unanimously. The ANFA Makwanpur leadership has changed after 16 years.

Earlier Makwanpur DFA officials didn't turn up in the assembly venue this morning. Local clubs protested against local FA and central FA throughout the day.
