Makwanpur: 5th Hetauda Veterans Cup Kicks Off

5th Hetauda veterans cup got underway in Hetauda on Wednesday.
Amar Singh Club, Kailali veterans, Baneshowr FC, Bouddha club have won their respective matches in the opening day.
Amarsingh defeated Simara veterans 2-0 in the opening match. Bijaya Gurung and Hari Lama scored apiece for the winners. Lama became the player of the match.
In second match, Kailali veterans defeated Chitwan veterans Blue 2-0. Rupesh KC scored both goals for the winners and became the man of the match.
Baneshowr veterans defeated Jorpati veterans 1-0. Ujjwal Shrestha scored the match winner and became the man of the match.
Boudha club defeated Bhanimandal on penalties to move to second round.
Earlier Hetauda sub metro mayor Hari Bahadur Mahat inaugurated the championship.
