Golden Star club has entered quarterfinals of 7th Bhaluwa gold cup football tournament in Sunsari.

Golden Star sidelined Red Horse Ilam 3-2 to enter last eight on Friday.

Shrawan Ghachhadar (19'), Ritik Khadka (39') and Arun Limbu (82') scored apiece for the winners. Bhuwan Basnet and Darshan Gurung scored apiece for Red Horse.

Ritik Khadka from Golden Star became the man of the match and received Nrs 5,000 cash.

Rara FC, Dhankuta will play against Birtamod United in first quarterfinal match on Saturday.
