Morang & Taplejung Enters SFs Of Province 1 Inter District Championship

Morang and Taplejung women's team have entered semifinals of province 1 inter district football championship.

Morang defeated Dhankuta 2-0 in quarterfinal match played at Laxmimarga ground on Sunday. Sabitri Magar and Ima Rai scored apiece for the winners.

Taplejung defeated Bhojpur 1-0 in second quarterfinal match of the day. Pabitra Limbu scored the match winner.

Ilam will play against Udayapur and Jhapa will play against Sunsari on Monday.

Province 1 government is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Nrs 1,50,000. Runners up team will get Nrs 75,000.
