News ANFA Bids Farewell To Nepal U19 Women's Team

ANFA bade farewell to Nepal U19 women's team on Wednesday for AFC U-19 Women’s Championship 2019 Qualifiers Round 2 that kicks off on April 26, 2019.

The team will fly to China first to play two friendly matches before going to Myanmar. According to ANFA, Nepal will play two friendly against the age-group teams of Chendu State.

ANFA President Karma Tsering Sherpa; VPs, Pankaj Nembang and Upendra Man Singh; ANFA General Secretary Indra Man Tuladhar, ANFA Central committee member Vijay Ghale, ANFA member Pema Lama, Nepal Women's Team Coach Hari Khadka and other officials were present in the farewell program. They extended their best wishes to the team.

Nepal are pitted in Group A with hosts Myanmar, Australia and Uzbekistan. Nepal will kick off the campaign taking on Australia on April 26 and will play next against Uzbekistan on April 28 and against Myanmar on April 30.
