Abhisekh Gyan Mandir (AGM) and Manank have marched to the quarterfinals of 4th Orchid Cup 7-a side football tournament.

On Wednesday, Bibek Gurung scored a brace for AGM to defeat Kautilya 2-1. Bikash Gautam scored a consolation goal for the losing team. Ananda Shahi of Kautilya was declared the man of the match.

Manank sidelined Pratima 2-0 in another match. Sudip Lama and Sudip Titung scored goal each for Manank. Ayush Lama was adjudged the man of the match.

Shramsheel beat defending champions Best Group Vision 4-3 on penalties. The teams played goalless draw in the 40-minute regulation time to force the match into spot- kick battle.

Anish Khadgi of Best group was announced the man of the match.

Career knocked out Grammar Public School 4-3 on penalties. The match ended at 1-1 draw in the regulation time. Samridh Karki of Grammar was rated the man of the match.
