Nepal Army has lifted second title of the season...

They defeated MMC 2-0 to lift the title of Madan Bhandari memorial Itahari gold cup football tournament in Itahari on Saturday.

Tanka Basnet scored the opener in 5th minute and skipper Bharat Khawas made it 2-0 in the stoppage time.

This is second title for Army men this season. They had won Bishal memorial cup in Birgunj weeks back.

The champions received Nrs 16 lakh. Runners up team got Nrs 8 lakh.

Rastriya Jagriti yuwa club organized the championship.
