Nawayug Shrestha: I Proved That I Am Not The Bench Warmer !

Nepal international Nawayug Shrestha used podium to express his frustration in a positive note.

Coming from a bench, he scored Nepal's goal against Bangladesh and became the man of the match.

Speaking in the post match, Shrestha said, "I am very happy to score goal after a long time.

"I was little sad not to play in first eleven. It was coach's decision and I respect that. But I proved that I am not the bench warmer", said Shrestha.

Nepal will now play runners team from group B.

India have already entered semifinals with just one win whereas Sri Lanka and Maldives will see their fate on Sunday. Group winner will also be finalized.
