USA returnee athletic trainer and performance enhancement coach Bibek Bikrant Adhikari has used cupping therapy during national training session at ANFA complex.

Rabin Shrestha and Ananta Tamang received the therapy.

It is used for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Nepal national team and Nepal U23 team are preparing for upcoming Asian Games 2018 and SAFF Championship 2018.

Nepal are grouped with Japan, Vietnam and Pakistan in Asian Games 2018 whereas Gorkhali will lock horns against Pakistan, Bangladesh and Bhutan in SAFF championship that Bangladesh is hosting in September.
