Mechinagar ward number 3 has won the title of yuwa sangh Mechinagar inter ward football championship.

Ward number 3 defeated ward number 13 3-0 in the final match played on Saturday.

The champions received Rs 20,000 cash, medals and certificates. Runners up team got Rs 10,000.

Roman Meche became the most valauble player of the tournament. Simanta Thapa became the man of the final match.

Lusen Subba was declared the highest goal scorer. Sajan Subba received the award of best goalkeeper, Simanta Thapa received the best defender award and ward number 5 got the fair play award.

MLA Shree Prashad Mainali, Gopal Chandra Budhathoki, Dy mayor Mina Upreti and other guests distributed prizes to the winners.
