Table tennis star Santoo Shrestha has won NSJF People's Choice Award. 

Santoo received 41.51% of total votes to win the award. He received one motorbike.

Nepal number one goalie Kiran Chemjong received just 13.31 % of total votes.

Cricketer Sandeep Lamichane and volleyball player Man Bahadur Shrestha got same 15.01% of total votes.

The percentage is comprised of 50% from SMS and Facebook VOTING, 25% of Coache's Votes and 25% of NSJF member's votes.

The program was held at Nepal Army officers club on Thursday.

Sandeep Lamichane won the best youth player of the year award. Nepal U19 player Dinesh Henjan was listed in the category.

Nepal national cricket team skipper Paras Khadka won best PoY award. Cricket coach Jagat Tamata received the best coach of the year.

Former Nepal international Ashok KC received the lifetime achievement award.

Nepal sports journalist forum (NSJF) organized the award function.
