Sahara academy has received Rs 1 lakh donation from well wishers.

Journalist based in Germany, Sujita Shahi and Moroccan nationality Bekali jointly handed over Rs 1 lakh to club president Keshab Bahadur Thapa on Monday.

Shahi also donated Rs 25,000 to Tamu Pratisthan. Former Sahara UK president and patron member Nabin Gurung initiated Shahi to donate the money.

The club has thanked the supporters.

The club has 2-crore academy welfare fund. There are 28 kids in the academy.
