AFC U-20 Asian Cup Qualifier Nepal suffered a defeat in their last match of the group stage as well. Nepal, which is in Group B, was defeated by Bahrain 4-0 in its last match on Friday.

With this defeat, Nepal has officially been eliminated from the group stage of the selection competition. Nepal finished the tournament in the third position of Group B by collecting only 3 points from their four matches. Out of the three matches played by Nepal, they won only 3-1 against the host Chinese Taipei.

Apart from that, they lost 4-1 against Cambodia and 6-0 against strong Uzbekistan in their first match. After this win, Bahrain has 6 points from 3 games and is in third place in the group. Also, the possibility of Bahrain entering the final stage remains.

On the other hand, Uzbekistan and Cambodia, who have played one game less, are in first and second place with 6 points each. In the final matches of Group B, Bahrain will face Uzbekistan on Sunday, while Cambodia will play against Taipei on the same day.

Similarly, in the next match today, Uzbekistan and Chinese Taipei are facing each other. If they win this match, Uzbekistan's chances of being selected for the final stage will become stronger.
