Under the ANFA Youth League football competition, Sankata Club and NRT played a draw while Machindra Football Club registered their third victory in the fifth round match which started from Sunday.

Machindra won 2-1 over APF Football Club in the match at ANFA Complex. After this result, Machindra, who scored 11 points from 5 games, has risen to the top spot. Defeated APF is in sixth place with 7 points.

Similarly, in another match that took place on Sunday, Sankata Club and NRT shared the points by playing an exciting draw of 2-2 goals. After this result, Sankata has 3 points from 5 games and has climbed to the top ten of the league table. On the other hand, NRT has 10 points and has climbed to the top three.

A total of 12 teams are participating in the competition based on double round robin league. The team that gets the top position in the league will be the winner. The winner will receive 1 lakh in cash along with the title, while the second place team will receive 50,000.
