Sankata Club secured its position in the last four defeating Nepal APF Club 1-0 in the second quarterfinal match of Birat Gold Cup 2074 at Sahid Maidan, Biratnagar on Tuesday.

Djibrel Traore scored the match winner in the 61st minute.



Goal scorer Djibrel was adjudged the man of the match. He received ten thousand rupees.

Sankata Club will play against the winner of MMC Vs Three Star Club in the second semifinal match on Chaitra 24.

Nepal Police Club will take on Nepal Army in the third quarterfinal match tomorrow.
