Host Adarsh Yuva Club will face Dhruvatara Sporting Club of Damak in the opening match of 3rd Adasha challenge cup today in Budhabare, Jhapa.
Eight teams from Nepal and India are participating in the tournament.
The winner of the competition will get 2 lakh cash, runner-up will get 1 lakh trophy and medal. The player who is the player of the match of each game will get a prize of 3000 rupees.
The best goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders, forwards and budding players of the final match will also get a prize of Rs 5,000.
Jhapa District Football Association will provide technical support for the tournament sponsored by Indira Foundation on Wednesday. Buddhashanti rural municipality has mainly supported the competition.
