News 2nd KP Oli Cup Match Fixtures Revealed

The schedule of the second edition of the KP Oli Cup organized by the National Youth Federation, Nepal has been announced.

The schedule for the tournament to be held from Falgun 11th to 19th was announced on Tuesday. 10 teams including two foreign teams will compete in the tournament.

There are 7 A division clubs, one host and two foreign teams in the competition. Delhi Football Club of India is going to play KP Oli Cup for the first time.

Similarly, India West Bengal's Manebhanjyang Club will also play the tournament. Earlier, Bhutan's Paro FC was said to come, but the organizers said that they did not come at the last moment.

In the opening match of the tournament, there will be a competition between KP Oli Football Club and Church Boys United. The match will start at 3 pm.

On the occasion of the birthday of the President of Nepal UML and former Prime Minister KP Oli, the youth association has been organizing the KP Oli Cup football since last year. The winner of the competition will receive a cash prize of 11 lakh rupees. The runner-up will get 5 lakhs.

According to the organizers, a cash prize of one lakh rupees will be given to the best player of the competition. Likewise, the best goalkeeper, best scorer and emerging player will also be awarded 50,000 rupees each. The man of the match of each match will receive 15,000. In addition to this, the winning team of each match will receive a prize of Rs 25,000.

The matches of the tournament will be played at the ANFA Complex ground and the semi-finals and finals will be played at the Dasharath Rangshal. In the first edition held last year, Machindra FC won the title by defeating Satdobato Youth Club in sudden death.
