With the help of Alish Chhetri's hat-trick, Regal Resort Hetauda has entered the semi-finals of the 3rd Manharwa Gold Cup.

Hetauda defeated Rautahat Football Club by 5-1 in the match held on Sunday at Mouwadevi Ground located in Jitpursimra sub-metropolitan city 18.

Alish Chhetri scored a hat-trick in Hetauda's wide victory. Sudip Sapkota and Saroj Rai scored two more goals for Hetaunda. Raju Pahri scored a goal for Rautahat.

Hetauda took the lead in the 10th minute of the game with Sudeep's goal. But Rautahat's Raju scored in the 39th minute to tie the game. In the 67th minute of the competitive game, Elish scored a goal to make the game 2-1.

Alish, who took the lead in the game, scored two consecutive goals in the 78th and 81st minutes to complete the hat trick. Saroj Rai scored the fifth goal for Hetaunda. Eilish was declared the man of the match.

As part of the competition, there will be a match between Hanami FC Chitwan and Birganj United on Monday. Eight teams are participating in the competition organized by Mouwadevi Youth Club. The winner of the competition will receive Rs 2 lakh and the runner-up will receive Rs 1 lakh.

Madhes Chief Minister Saroj Yadav inaugurated the competition on Saturday. The competition will end on Magh 20th.
