Himalayan Sherpa club has entered semifinals of Jagadamba Steel 13th Jeetpur Simara gold cup football tournament.

Himalayan Sherpa sidelined Satdobato youth club 2-1 in a tight match played at Simara stadium on Monday.

Sudip Gurung put SYC ahead in the match in 35th minute but Sushil Rai leveled the score fo HSC in  the stoppage time of first time.

Abayomi scored the match winner through header utilizing a cross from Satyam Sharma.

Abayomi became the player of the match and received NRs 10,000 cash.

APF FC is playing against Church Boys United in the last quarterfinal match today.

NJJYC Simara is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of NRs 10 lakh.
