Ward number 8 has lifted the title of Urlabari mayor cup football tournament.

Ward number 8 defeated ward number 3 3-2 on penalties on Saturday to lift the title.

The champions received NRs 75,000 and runners up team got NRs 50,000.

Yug Thapa Magar received the rising player award, Saroj Dhimal the best goalkeeper, Samir Tamang the best defender and Sunny Limbu the highest goal scorer of the event.

Suresh Rai of ward number 3 became the most valuable player of the tournament.

Rajghat FC organized the event. Mayor Ganga PRasahd Kharel and Dy mayor Mina Paudel, club president Arjun Nalbo and other guests distributed prizes to the winners.
