10 man Manang Marshyangdi Club (MMC) defeated second team of Nepal Army 3-0 to enter semifinals of 20th Tilottama gold cup in Butwal.

Dona Thapa got marching orders in 65th minute. Nepal Army fielded second team as their first team is in Jhapa after winning 3rd Jhapa gold cup on Monday.

Bishal Rai opened the firing in 40th minute.  MMC scored two goals in the wee hours.

Bishal Rai doubled the lead in 90th minute while super sub Victor put the ice on the cake in 90+3 minute.

Two goal hero Bishal Rai became the man of the match. He received Rs 11,000.



Hosts Rupandehi XI will play against Nepal Police club in the first semifinal match on Wednesday.

Rupandehi DFA is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Rs 7,77,777.
