New Road Team (NRT) defeated Church Boys United in a pre-season friendly match.

NRT registered 1-0 win over Church Boys at ANFA complex on Friday.

Indian player Lalnunzama scored the match winner in the first half.

NRT is coached by veteran coach Raju Kaji Shakya.

ANFA is kicking off the league from March 3 in Kathmandu. Three venues, Dasharath stadium, Chyasal stadium and ANFA complex will be used for the league.

The champions of the league will get NRs 75 lakh.
