Kathmandu (GoalNepal) - Former Nepal national team assistant coach Kiran Shrestha has been appointed as the head coach of the A Division League side Manang Marshyangdi Club. The club made the announcement through their Facebook page on Monday.

Kiran will start proceedings with the club as they start their Aaha! Rara Pokhara Gold Cup campaign against BYSC, Minnesota, USA on Tuesday.

The A Division League will kick off on March 3. The league will be held in a double round-robin format.

Manang Marshyangdi Club have won the league eight times and are the most successful club in history.
