Nepal Army Club progressed to semifinals Nepal Police Club 1-0 in the last quarterfinal match of 3rd Jhapa Gold Cup at Domalal Rajbanshi stadium, Birtamod on Thursday.

George Prince Karki scored the match winner in the 42nd minute for Army.

Goal scorer Karki was adjudged the man of the match.

Nepal Army Club will play against MMC in the second semifinal match on Falgun 26.

Hosts Jhapa XI will face Three Star Club in the first semifinal match tomorrow.
