News ANFA Bids U-20 Side Farewell Before Leaving For Bahrain

The Nepal national U-20 side has been bid farewell by ANFA before the team flies to Bahrain to compete in the AFC U-20 Asian Cup qualifiers. The team was bid farewell at ANFA Complex, Satdobato on Wednesday morning.

The Nepali team will leave for Bahrain tomorrow. ANFA president Pankaj Nembang and ANFA officials bid farewell to the team. In the qualifiers, Nepal is in Group 'B' alongside Qatar, Bahrain, Bhutan and Bangladesh. 

The group stage matches will be held from September 10 to 18. Nepal will play Bhutan on September 10 and Qatar on September 12. Nepal will play against Bahrain on September 14 and Bangladesh on September 18.

The team that will finish at the top of the group will qualify for the AFC U-20 Asian Cup to be held in Uzbekistan next year.
