Biba Media, owner of GoalNepal.com & KhelDainik.com, has received streaming rights of 5th Jhapa gold cup football tournament.

Biba Media CEO Mr. Bikram Thapa and Secretary General of Jhapa Gold Cup, Mr. Gajendra Paudel signed in an MoU in Birtamod, Jhapa on Tuesday.

The tournament is kicking off on March 5 at Domalal Rajbanshi memorial grounds.

Satdobato Youth Club will meet Jawalakhel Youth Club in the opening day.

The winning team in the Gold Cup will receive Rs. 12,55,000 in cash, while the runner-up will receive Rs. 6,05,000.

Ten teams, including the organizer Jhapa 11 Football Club, as well as teams from Nepal and other nations, will compete in the event. 

The Jhapa Gold Cup is being hosted with the goal of strengthening Jhapa district as a football hub, as it is the district with the largest football activities outside of Kathmandu.
