Nawa Jana Jagriti Yuwa Club (NJJYC) has installed 14 CCTVs around Simara stadium for 11th Jeetpur Simara gold cup football tournament.

The event is kicking off today at Simara stadium.

Club's general secretary, Shambhu Thakuri informed GoalNepal that all preparation have been made for the event.

"We are very concerned about the security of our fans, players and the officials. We will coordinate with the security agencies for smooth operation", said Thakuri.

Hosts NJJYC are playing against Bagmati rural municipality sports development committee, Makwanpur in the opening match.

12 teams are taking part in the event, which has a winning purse of NRs 7 lakh.
