Hosts Racing Sahara Kohalpur has entered semifinals of late Sujata Rai Adhikari memorial cup football tournament at Kohalpur, Banke.

Racing Sahara defeated Lord Buddha academy 1-0 on Wednesday. Bijaya Singh Thakuri scored the match winning goal.

In another match, Gauriganga 11 Kailali defeated Bardiya XI 4-2 on penalties to enter quarterfinals. Both teams played 2-2 draw in regulation time. 

The championship has a winning purse of Nrs 1,22,000 and runners up team will get Nrs 51,000.
